Direct Deposit & Payroll Deduction
Direct Deposit enables you to have your entire paycheck, Social Security check, or other recurring payments automatically deposited in your credit union account, while Payroll Deduction allows you to have a portion of your paycheck, Social Security check, or other recurring payments automatically deposited in your credit union account. This eliminates standing in line to deposit your check or worrying about your check being lost in the mail or stolen. For more information on Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction, please contact a Member Services Representative.
Deposit Insurance - Your Account is Secure
The shares in your credit union are insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (NCUSIF), which is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. Government. Established by Congress in 1970 to insure member Share Accounts at federally insured credit unions, the NCUSIF is managed by NCUA (National Credit Union Administration) under the direction of the three-person NCUA Board. Your share insurance is similar to the deposit insurance protection offered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
