2023 1st Place Scholarship Winner

Congratulations to our 1st Place Ronald Messner Memorial Scholarship Winner. This year, we focused on community service and had applicants write an essay and include pictures. Thank you to all our applicants. It was not easy to choose from. Leigha wrote the essay titled ‘A Champion of Community.’

Timothy Messner presented Leigha with the $1,000 check at our virtual meeting held on April 12, 2023. We thank them both for attending, and we wish Leigha the best as she continues her work in the Victim Assistance Program!
